In the Bhakti Chakra Dance, we convey a new fusion of yoga, based on Bhakti Yoga and the art and science of namaskirtanas: singing the names. From the heart opening of call and response chanting, we flow into a powerful vinyasa program. With live musical accompaniment, we balance the chakras, as seen as a divine formula for wholeness. Finally, we engage in individual and group meditations in movement and discover our connection to profound joy in the presence of grace.
