Hey there Bliss fans... here is our update from our recent travels. Once again it was that time of year... that means the Bliss crew was headed for the Natural Products Expo East...

Thinking that it would be a great opportunity to cement our relationship with the East coast, we set off to make an impact on Boston. It has been a while since most of us had been in a big city, and although we might have been a little rusty, we soon caught up: jumping on and off the subway, walking the streets with a glint in our eye, and checking out the sights that we came across. (e.g. Little Italy). We also had a great event on the Saturday night which mixed Yoga, Kirtan, and dance at the Back Bay Yoga Center, where our very own Jaya Lakshmi rocked the house with her unique and wonderful music. 

The conference was a big hit, there wasn't anything like us there (or anywhere!), and once again we had lots of people who came by just to say how grateful they were to Larry & Luna for starting the whole venture six years back, or speaking to what a relief it was to be able to eat a yummy organic dessert after turning away from dairy (and other alternatives). Many sampled the product--some "oohs" and "aahs".

We made some fabulous connections, especially with Theo's Chocolate, Sambazon, Harmless Harvest, Rhythm Superfoods, BEF, Mountain Rose Herbs, B-Corp, & Ultimate Superfoods, to name but a few.

Its not as big as Expo West, but it is still a great show, and the response was above and beyond our expectations. Thanks to all of you who made it, and we are now looking forward to California's Expo West in March 2011, the mother of natural food conferences!

Blissful regards from all of us... mission accomplished.
