The soft serve mixes are way too sweet, even for me. And it wasn’t really creamy.

Loved how it’s easy and everything is together but I just can’t bear the sweetness overload. If you like their ice creams, you should be ok. But I realized only after the fact that it was the same base or similar. If you like super sweet ice cream/soft serve, though, you’ll LOVE!

Hi Tara- Thank you so much for your feedback! We do use cane sugar in our soft serve mix rather than the coconut sugar that is used in our ice cream pints. We are looking into reformulating the soft serve mix to use this sugar as well. I hope this helps!

I love Coconut Bliss ice cream!!! It is a great way to get the healthy fat from coconut milk while enjoying a delicious treat. I REALLY miss the coffee flavor you used to have!!! I'm hoping it will make a comeback :) .

Lack of communication

Hi there,

I really want to give 5 stars, but before I do, would it be possible to get directions on how to use the machine? We made it exactly the way it was written on the carton, but it didn’t turn out very well. Does the metal portion need to be frozen prior to starting machine? I’ve found it a bit frustrating not getting responses to email or phone message. Hoping maybe a customer can assist??
