Do your products have a tamper seal?
Yes. Our pints now have a tamper seal cover under the lid! Look for our updated branding to find our pints with a tamper seal.
Why did you swap organic agave syrup for organic coconut syrup?
We swapped the organic agave syrup with organic coconut syrup to add to the coconut synergy in the pint. We think that the coconut syrup is an improvement to the product and we are thrilled to share it with you!
I can’t find one of your flavors, is it discontinued?
Sometimes we have to say goodbye to some of our Blissful creations. We are "fixing our mix" by continuing to offer our top 10-11 most popular pint flavors, while simultaneously developing indulgent new flavors to offer as limited time offers and seasonal flavors. We are always sorry to see a flavor go but hopefully you will find a new favorite as we cycle in new flavors!
How do you handle allergens for Coconut Bliss products?
Strict allergen control processes are applied to every Coconut Bliss production. We ensure successful allergen control by testing for dairy, egg, soy, gluten, peanut, and tree nuts. Our products all contain coconut, and select products contain other tree nuts or peanuts. Allergens are declared on the allergen statement. All Coconut Bliss products are free from dairy, soy, gluten, and egg.
Why do you use Guar Gum?
Our ice cream contains less than 0.35% guar gum which is used to keep the water and oil from separating in the coconut milk. The organic guar gum we use comes from the guar bean. The guar gum in Coconut Bliss is already hydrated, in which case it cannot swell when consumed. Our research has also indicated that as a soluble fiber when consumed in moderation, guar gum may be a health benefit for the digestive tract.
Is your packaging recyclable or compostable?
Our bar cartons and cookie sandwich cartons are recyclable. The inner wrap for each product is not recyclable or compostable. Our pint containers and soft serve mix cartons are not compostable. Coconut Bliss pints may be recyclable at municipal facilities that accept Tetrapak cartons. We encourage you to contact your waste hauler to determine if they can accept and process these containers. We are always working toward sustainable packaging improvements.
What is your refund / replacement policy on ice cream?
We will offer a full refund or replacement for any damaged or incorrect items. If you've had a less than blissful experience with any of our products, reach out and let us know! We’ll make things right.

Bliss Maker™ Dream Ice Cream Machine
Does the machine come with an instruction manual?
Yes, please make sure to read all the instructions carefully before use. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
What is the Bliss Maker return policy?
We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for the Bliss Maker™ Dream Ice Cream Machine. We want you to be happy with your decision, so if after blissing out, you feel that making Coconut Bliss isn’t for you, we’ll get you set up with a return label. We just ask that you pay for the shipping expense. All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Well, that's a bummer –– we're so sorry that happened. Please email us at email@example.com and we'll get you a replacement on the way ASAP. We would appreciate it if you could include a photo of the damaged item so we can share it with our product teams for improvements.
What if I leave the Bliss Maker running beyond the 30 minutes?
The Bliss Maker will turn off automatically after 30 minutes, however, we highly recommend being present during the process to turn off the machine at your desired consistency.
What if my ice cream didn’t freeze in 30 minutes?
Start with troubleshooting in the instruction manual. Was the ice cream bowl in the freezer for at least 24 hours? Is your freezer temperature set at or less than 0 degrees?
Can I use other soft serve mixes in the Bliss Maker?
Yes. However, we cannot guarantee that the results of any other product will be as Blissful as our Soft Serve Mixes!
After using the Bliss Maker, how do I clean it?
Make sure to switch it off, unplug and dismantle before cleaning. Do not wash any parts in the dishwasher. Please allow the inner bowl to reach room temperature before attempting to clean. Hand wash in warm soapy water.
How long should I freeze the bowl prior to using the Bliss Maker?
We recommend you freeze the bowl for at least 24 hours prior to Blissing out.
What happens if I use an ice cream bowl that is not completely frozen?
The mix will not reach its coldest potential and may result in a very soft or runny texture.
What happens if I do not place the ice cream bowl sitting flat and upright in the freezer?
The liquid within the ice cream bowl walls will freeze in the position the ice cream bowl is placed. If that placement is on its side or tilted, the result will be that you will have uneven freezing of mix, and it may never reach its coldest potential, resulting in a very soft or runny ice cream texture.
Soft Serve Mix
How long does it take for the Soft Serve Mix to thaw?
Soft Serve Mix should always be allowed to thaw in a refrigerator. It takes approximately 24 hours to thaw.
Once thawed, what is the recommended Soft Serve Mix use time?
Soft Serve Mix should be consumed within 10 days from the open day. Once open, and not in use, please keep the Soft Serve Mix refrigerated.
Once I thaw the Soft Serve Mix, can I refreeze it if I don't use it?
We do not recommend refreezing the Soft Serve Mix once it has been thawed. Refreezing may impact product functionality.
Do I have to flavor the Soft Serve Mix?
No! The Madagascan Vanilla and Dark Chocolate Coconut Bliss Soft Serve Mixes are delicious as is.
What can I add to the Soft Serve Mix while the Bliss Maker is running?
Anything your heart desires, including but not limited to chocolate, fudge, fruit pieces, powders, cookie dough pieces! For chunky & large inclusions, such as peanut butter cups it is best to fold those into the frozen ice cream with a rubber spatula after you turn the machine off and unplug it to avoid jamming the mixing paddle.
When is the optimal time to add inclusions?
We recommend adding the inclusions a few minutes before the 30-minute time cycle is scheduled to end.
Why did you change your packaging?
We have updated our package graphics! The objective of the refresh was to modernize our brand and differentiate our packaging. But most importantly, we wanted to celebrate our diverse customer base through a family of unique characters in a fun and creative way.
