LOVE this 'ice cream' but shipping left it melted

I absolutely love this brand and have bought many flavors. I was thrilled when they came out with the mini chocolate cups, but despite two-day shipping (in early spring no less), the cups were completely defrosted. I am still eating them, but they are full of crystals due to the melting- not really the 'bliss' that I love. I guess more dry ice is needed for these in the future.
