Bliss Maker™ Spicy Peruvian Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1-quart chilled Coconut Bliss Dark Chocolate Soft Serve Ice Cream Mix
  • 1 ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chocolate Hu Gems, roughly chopped



  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Coconut Bliss Chocolate Ice Cream Mix, cinnamon, salt and cayenne pepper until well combined.
  2. Turn on the ice cream machine and slowly pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream bowl.
  3. Once the ice cream is frozen, turn off the machine and remove the ice cream from the bowl.
  4. Stir in the chopped Hu Gems and enjoy!



Inspiration Note:
Add more or less cayenne pepper depending on your spice preference! You could also use the Coconut Bliss liquid chip recipe instead of the chopped Hu Gems!
