Salted Caramel & Chocolate
Featuring our salted caramel vegan ice cream, organic popcorn and homemade caramel sauce, this Salted Caramel & Chocolate Milkshake is dairy-free, easy to make at home and will have your taste buds dancing.
1 Pint Salted Caramel & Chocolate Coconut Bliss
1/2 cup light coconut milk
Caramel Sauce (recipe below)
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar of choice (cane sugar or coconut sugar work well)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the caramel sauce:
Add coconut milk, sugar and salt to saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then lower temperature. Simmer the caramel, stirring frequently, for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in oil and vanilla. Let cool.
For the shake:
Add Coconut Bliss vegan ice cream and light coconut milk to blender. Blend on high until smooth. Distribute the shake into two glasses and top with popcorn and a drizzle of caramel. Enjoy with abandon!
