Over the years, we’ve shared a lot of news about our product offerings. Some of it good (hello chocolate-dipped bars circa 2015!), some of it not so good (the nearly catastrophic coconut milk shortage of 2011). Through it all, we’ve persevered and continued to evolutionize the category of non-dairy frozen desserts, or as we like to call it: divinely creamy coconut milk ice cream. Before I continue with our most current flavor updates, I’d like to note that new flavors (and retired flavors) are never far from our hearts and minds.
Now, on with the news.
Parting is such sweet sorrow: Naked Almond Fudge and Pineapple Coconut.
Naked Almond Fudge may not be so much gone, as reincarnated. Those chocolate-dipped bars I mentioned at the beginning of this article? Enter the Coconut Almond in Chocolate bar. It’s as if Naked Almond Fudge found its older, wiser, more sophisticated self, resulting in “oohs and ahs” for all who experience it. And while Pineapple Coconut may still be finding its true form, we’ll continue to appreciate it for what it was, and wish it well on its way. Fare thee well, oh beautiful flavors. Fare thee well.
We are people pleasers here at Coconut Bliss. People want creamy, decadent, allergy-friendly ice cream, and well, we want you to have it. That’s why, in an effort to satisfy all the cravings out there, we let go of two flavors in order to make room for some new palate-delighting varieties in 2016. While I’m not at liberty to go into detail just yet, I promise Coconut Bliss fans new and old will be pleased. Stay tuned to find out what’s next.
