Coconut Bliss is, and has always been, gluten free. We have a passion for top notch organic ingredients and a dedication to ensuring every pint and bar is dairy free, soy free, and gluten free. We make these claims with utmost sincerity.
For our products that contain cookies we’ve stayed true to our gluten free promise by teaming up with a certified gluten free baking facility, Pamela’s Products. Our pint flavors that contain cookies are Ginger Cookie Caramel, Chocolate Walnut Brownie, and Chocolate Chip Cookie. We also have two new Coconut Bliss Sandwiches, both featuring gluten free chocolate chip cookies with either Dark Chocolate Coconut Bliss or Vanilla Coconut Bliss. (If you haven’t tried these products, you’re in for a treat!)
In April 2017, we took the next step in our gluten free commitment and completed our gluten free certification. The Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO) was established in 2005 as a program of the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America. They provide third party testing, analysis, and auditing for manufacturers. In order to qualify for the certification, all ingredients used in a product must contain 10 parts per million (ppm) or less of gluten. GFCO performs an annual inspection of the facilities where products are manufactured, and finished products must be submitted for testing on a regular basis.
In addition to the ongoing GFCO audits, we are happy to let you know that we test all of our finished products to 10 ppm. We are committed to making Coconut Bliss safe for our gluten free customers. Free of gluten, dairy, and soy, means you are free to enjoy!
