A recent segment on the popular Dr. Oz Show, titled the Ultimate Summer Investigation, compared three coconut milk frozen desserts in a head-to-head taste test.

When compared nutritionally to a popular brand of dairy based ice cream, they found that coconut milk ice cream has fewer calories, fat and sugar than the standard.
Members of the tastemaker team from Delish.com were on hand to taste their way through three different brands of vanilla coconut milk ice cream. After weighing in on the “scoopability”, creaminess and overall flavor of the three contenders, Site Director Joanna Saltz proclaimed that “At the end of the day, Coconut Bliss wins, it was really like across the board [sic], flavor, deliciousness, meltability, we thought it was the best”.
