Western Regional Sales/Foodservice Manager
Summary: Coconut Bliss is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to provide support and guidance to our current broker reps while creating and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors to facilitate spreading Bliss! Candidate must have a flexible schedule, have outstanding communication and organizational skills and provide an energetic yet grounded style of business.
Duties and Tasks:
Attend yearly category review meetings at both retail and distributor level
Create ad/promotional planners for each retailer
Attend trade shows and occasional consumer shows
Perform regional sales trips including “ride-withs” with our regional broker reps
Broker training and goal setting meetings
Maintain a firm understanding of deadlines and priorities
Experience in managing resources within budgetary limitations
Manage inventory of point of sale tools and support items for your region
Refer demo inquiries to demo coordinator
Build upon our budding food service program.
Ability to travel a minimum of 12 weeks per year
Ability to lead and manage effectively
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite
Physically able to carry 60+ pounds
Able to set priorities that reflect importance of job responsibilities
Able to establish and maintain an organizational system
Able to achieve and maintain an overall blissful rapport with customers.
Experience in the natural foods industry
Experience in the Foodservice channel
Proficient at creating PowerPoint presentations
Located in or willing to relocate to the Eugene, OR. area.
